Edward Lee and Edward Miller met while working at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a multi-national insurance holding company. With their focus specifically on the business development and new product implementation of the specialty risk and extended warranty business in the Canadian market, they guided global manufacturers, distributors, retailers and related service providers through the nuances of expanding insurance and warranty business from the United States to Canada, and vice-versa.
Recognizing the importance of dedicated expertise in this niche business, Ed and Ed established Continental Market Solutions LLC to bring innovative solutions to help clients navigate the market challenges and guide them to success.

Edward Lee
With over 20 years of insurance industry experience spanning both the property & casualty and life insurance sectors, Edward spearheaded product development initiatives and regulatory compliance projects in support of global manufacturers, distributors and automotive dealer groups in both Canada and the United States. Over the course of a decade of aggressive business expansion on behalf of global insurers and third-party-administrators, Edward was instrumental in facilitating the growth of the warranty and equipment protection business through new product launches, market expansion initiatives and regulatory compliance instructions and guidance for internal and external clients.
Edward currently serves as the Head of Insurance for North America for Servify (US), Inc., a global Insuretech providing device protection and lifecycle management solutions on behalf of OEMs, Retailers and other distributors.

Ed Miller has spent more than 25 years building strategic partnerships through persuasion, negotiation and personal presence. He has held senior positions in the telecom, media, insurance and defense industries where he created extraordinary value and led profitable divisions resulting in more than $600 MM of value to shareholders. Ed is focused on acquiring, expanding and managing relationships that lead to growth and profitability. As the President of High Road Advisors, LLC, he welcomes the challenge of opening doors to new business opportunities where others may find obstacles and strongly believes in being respectful and humble yet persistent and never accepting “no” as an answer.

Kylie Knorr, ACAS, MAAA
As the founder and President of Actuarial Insights LLC, an independent actuarial consulting company specializing in extended warranty and vehicle service contracts, Kylie brings over 16 years of experience managing the actuarial functions for the warranty and equipment protection program divisions at two of the largest insurers underwriting such specialty risks. In 2017, Kylie founded Actuarial Insights LLC to focus on her passion of providing individualized actuarial support to administrators. Kylie is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the Academy of Actuaries.
